Rules:

Morals on for Robins.

Taskmaster gets 1 hour of prep to formulate a battle plan. Robins get no prep.

Current versions.

Basic equipment for the Robins.

Taskmaster has a carbonadium suit that is insulated for electric attacks and resistant to sonics and explosions/fire as well. He also has Captain America's shield and an adamantium sword.

Taskmaster knows the moves of Captain America, Iron Fist, Moon Knight, Daredevil, Black Panther, and all the Robins.

Taskmaster is being payed one million dollars for every Robin he kills. Can he succeed and kill every Robin?

Win by KO, death, or incapacitation.

Scenario:

The Robins meet Taskmaster in old Wayne Tower. They quickly learn that Taskmaster is a hired gun, out to kill them.

No, they wouldn't in this scenario. Taskmaster is getting paid to kill them, so he's not holding back either. Plus, in this setting he faces Drake and Damian first... with that gear, he's going to destroy them. Then Jason shows up and has to take Tony on 1v1, and that's a match he won't win. Nightwing arrives later and he won't win either.

I don't see how The Robins will win in this scenario.

Taskmaster knows all of their techniques, then more....

They would probably still lose but give a slightly better fight.

Remember, experience > numbers.

@ChaosBlazer: 'robins bickering' aside, they would probably swamp him and eventually wear him down. but it would be a tough fight and there will be a casualty or 2.

Yeah, I have to admit that this is true. Drake would go down too fast, and would leave Damian by himself. And while Damian is very skilled, he cannot take Taskmaster down. So as you say Jason and Nightwing will have to fight him one on one.

Taskmaster wins.

Yeah, everything is working against the Robins here: prep, special equipment for Taskmaster, and the way they don't get to take him on all at once. There's no way they win.

If we erase the prep advantage, keep the special equipment, and have him fight all the Robins at once, then I think the Robins have a decent chance of winning. Taskmaster's skills are above any of theirs by far, but they're fairly skilled, have good equipment, and I think their numbers are important.

Taskmaster wins, effortless curbstomp

With that kind of motivation and equipment Taskmaster shouldn't have to much trouble gutting those Robins. If they all attacked him at once however it would be harder!

This scenario is totally in Taskmaster's favor.It's absolutelly unfair.

You gave a Taskmaster too much advantage. It's evident..

You made task master to powerful because he knows the  moves of some of the most dangerous men in the world, but the robins know the moves of the actual most dangerous man in the world. Also morals on for robin means Damian kills him.
