Pretty sure taskmaster outclasses ras in most areas. Except sword fighting, smarts, and Ra's might know more martial arts from his 600 years of life. But I'm giving it to taskmaster because he can do crazy athletic moves that he's seen captain America and spiderman pull off, and I don't see Ra's being able to deal with that.
Taskmaster no question. He's mastered the fighting styles of most of Marvel's best including Black Knight's swordfighting. He is also physically superior.
@ghostravage: That might be an understatement on my part. He's beaten Red Robin in a fight before, beaten Bane in a sword fight, given Batman decent sword fights, and pretty much invented fencing. He's decent, but not really on Taskmaster's level at all in my opinion.
Beating Nightwing (and subsequently losing to him), stomping Bane in a swordfight and repeatedly losing to Batman aren't feats that come close to Taskmaster's tier. It's Tony's fight to lose. Even though I'd argue that he isn't winning if he is in jobbing mode.
@morpheus_: Has Ra's ever beaten Batman or come close?
It's been years since I did my research on Ra's, but I don't believe he ever has, other than one time where he slapped Batman away after being rejuvenated in the Lazarus Pit, which robs him of his mind but enhances his physical prowess. In a straight-up encounter, I cannot come up with an instance off hand.
