I'm Going with Danny in both rounds. Dudes Chi can amp up his already natural physical abilities. His strength, agility, durability. Dude can mentally block out pain. He's practically a demigod, and no matter who has a gun, who has a sword, you ain't beating the cat that can punch giagantic Military Aircrafts to smitherines, and tear the hearts outta Dragons..You can't do it I tell ya!! If you best feat is moving at super human speeds, dodging/catching bullets, and not dying against the Hulk. Then your still in junior high school of super human activity. It's people out there who have fought in wars on other planets and whatnot. Ok so Deadpool did meet Thanos and Taskmaster survived a war with Asgard. Danny has still seen and done more. He survived many years with just his martial arts knowledge and his arms and legs. Deadpool and Taskmaster have alway's had their advantages. Danny's control over his chi was nowhere near where it is today. He's better, and in this fight he know he'll have to be better then that. Danny wins.

You have got to be kidding me if you are saying that Deadpool could beat Iron Fist.

Dude took down ALL the New Avengers multiple times in simulations (killing all of them) bar Luke Cage and he only lost to Wolverine because it was a friendly sparring match.

Iron Fist can dodge bullets and could snap Deadpool's swords in half. He has beaten Mister X who can PREDICT his enemies next move.

Tell me when Deadpool tears the heart out of a Dragon with no powers, weapons or assistance. Oh wait he can't!

Iron fist wins round 1 but in round 2 deadpool is gonna take it if he has weapons. Some of u take deadpool as a joke. If he is written properly, his chance of winning is likely. He'd even beat cap in h2h combat. He won't beat iron fist in straight h2h but u put his katanas in this fight deadpool will kill both of them. He's beaten taskmaster with his hands and feet tied so he is out the question. This fight comes down to iron fist vs deadpool

If you're talking about Wolverine 88, that was largely credited to Wolverine's healing factor being in a weakened state. It was an impressive skill feat (countering James like that), but under normal conditions that would be an attack that wouldn't incapacitate Logan. Hurt a lot? Certainly. End the match? No.

Not sure he is that ridiculous definitely upper end street level but not as hax as Fantomex or over the top like Midnighter.

Deadpool has beaten Iron Fist before has he not? Same with Taskmaster. Though I think he beat Danny before he got to be Marvel's version of Karate Kid. I think round 2 goes to Deadpool if he has his explosives, katanas, and his full array of weapons. Round 1, Deadpool has shown pretty good h2h skills, Taskmaster doesn't have much int he way of h2h that I can recall off hand, but IF has the best h2h feats.

Round 1: Iron Fist with Chi 10/10, without Chi I'm thinking IF 6/10, Deadpool 4/10

Round 2: Deadpool 5/10, Iron Fist 3/10, Taskmaster 2/10

@Skaddix: I don't even consider midnight street level. There is no contest if you put him against one. Fant is only good for misdirection.

@Floopay: Deadpool never defeated Iron Fist (at least not to my knowledge). They encountered twice and both were a stalemate with Danny appearing to have an edge.

How durable is Taskmaster's shield?

That might be it. It's been awhile. However, considering Deadpool is pretty amazing at kiting multiple opponents against each other, I still have to say him for round 2. I'm going to stick with my response for now, but Iron Fist does have what it takes to get an upper hand. That being said, Deadpool stands as the winner for round 2 in my eyes. Though to be fair, Deadpool is one of my favorites, so there may be a bit of fanboyism in my opinion. I try to stay unbias, but when it comes to DP I can be a little bias.
