awesome fisticuff but i give it to DS. TM can mimic his moves but cannot match up Deathstroke's thinking capacity. Deathstroke beats him on the tactical level

She was better than him, and she had the same powers. According to her, all he did was watch news reels of Steve Rogers in action and crap like that, while she fought people and mimicked them herself (even if he did fight people, too... but we're ignoring that)
