Daken. His pheromones give him a distinct edge. By either affecting Taskmaster's emotions, and altering his perceptions in order to limit his effectiveness, or flat out disorienting him (or even both at the same time) he will not hesitate to go swiftly for a killing strike.
On a serious note, the fight is in Daken's book. Why people think Daken is going to be running scared or even lose the fight is beyond me. Other than that, Daken is physically superior, but Taskmaster is more technically accomplished than he is (no shame in that, Taskmaster's sheer skill exceeds that of 99% of street level characters in either big company), while Daken also has his pheromones. If Daken isn't stoned and can actually fight at an acceptable level, this is a fight that could go either way.

Daken had never met Taskmaster until the ending of Daken # 11. Maybe that's why people want to debate, not argue.

Healing factor is too tough to get around and the kid has skillz. Though Tasky is good enough to go for decapitation - and get it. And while Tasky won't heal through the damage like Daken, his skill with the shield will help counteract Daken's staying power to a degree. This is actually a pretty close fight.
Im going with Taskmaster They are both very skilled but I put Taskmaster above Daken, even if by a little. Taskmaster will be aggressive and Daken will have to play defense because of the adamantium weaponry

Daken's bone claws impaled Osborne when he was the Iron Patriot. I am sure they would tear the shield to ribbons. Daken is also super skilled at fighting.
Naw, rules say his shield is made from adamantium. I could be wrong, but i don't believe the Iron Patriot Armor was made from adamantium. So, i would say this is a pretty even fight, but without his pheromones, Daken has a disadvantage.
