Assuming we're not using New 52 Bane. Taskmaster is faster, more versatile, more agile and arguably more skilled in combat due to his photographic reflexes. The only thing Bane definitely outclass's him in is strength which probably isn't enough due to Tasky's shield and durability. Not to mention Bane on venom is a 2-3 tonner at best and Taskmaster has taken blows from much stronger foes than that and not been KO'd so there's no chance at all of him being one-shotted and would require multiple blows to do so which brings Bane into his angle of attack (Reach of a sword>Reach of an arm). Bane's pain tolerance and resistance to blunt force trauma is indeed good but Taskmaster has multiple penetrative weapons in his standard gear and is not constrained to simple incapacitation or KO and a stab wound will effect Bane like anyone else.
Battle takes place in an abandoned warehouse . Both combatants are unarmed . They start off from 20 feet apart . Fight won through K.O or Death . Bane has Venom . It is a random encounter .
Both combatants are unarmed and Bane is pumped up on venom. Taskmaster doesn't have any equipment here. If he did I would gladly give him the win.
