Taskmaster vs. Azrael

Location: A large Gymnasium. Unpopulated.    
 
- Azrael = Jean-Paul Valley.  
- No prep-time.  
- Azrael has UDON equipment. Taskmaster has standard equipment.
- No morals. 
- Win via Death. 
- Random encounter.
- They start at opposite ends. 
- Who wins? 
 

taskmaster has too much of an array of skills for Azrael to overcome

This is a cool fight. Both of these characters have fighting skills that underlie conscious thought (the System and photographic reflexes). Because Azrael only knows what he knows (conscious or unconscious) and TM will very quickly make Azrael’s moves his own I have to go with TM. I say it’s a good fight because Azrael’s System makes him unpredictable. This might throw TM off for a while.

Hm, I'd say Azrael cause of his superior physical stats and Taskmaster's jobbin' record.

Azrael is a 8 tonner right? that might be to much for TM.
TM should have his UDON equipment to make it a fair fight

Damn, Detective Comics #950 offered a foretaste of Azrael's badassery! Jean-Paul made short work of those mechanic giants in matter of moments, while Batwing has been trying for a month and failed to beat them. Also he did better than Batman as Batwing says ''I don't think Batman has even beaten this scenario. Like this one of his training programs he built to stump himself. You have to have some kind of trick.''

Azrael also states the suit tells him where to strike the perfect blow (Karnak-style) which explains why he easily took down the robots.
