I would say Archangel, but Taskmaster won't go down without a good fight.

They will maybe put up a really good fight and i will go with Archangel but Taskmaster has a big chance of winning too.

hmmmm ok i gotta figure out how taskmaster will win this but i think he can do it if i got this right you said no prep so that means taskmaster will only have black knight punisher captain america and hawkeye and spider-man at his disposal assuming that the gear he carries is a clear indicator of what he works with ya know long sword shield .45 cal pistol bow and arrow and grappleing hooks caps shield skills well there you have it the neurotoxin blades can be blocked by the shield and dodged by spider-mans agility long range pistol bow and caps shield throw as for morals both have a pretty weak set archangel kills people lol! tasky does too so morals really dont matter but all in all i got to give it to taskmaster the pistol bow and arrow and caps shield throw bring it home warren onley has 2 ways to attack wings in melee combat and blades at range tasky has more than that and more skill so

@PowerHerc: agreed just because Warren can fly that does not mean he wins.Taskmaster is the way Better Fighter.

Being a good fighter isn't always enough. Warren has a HUGE damage output and can tank hits like a mofo. This is an easy, easy win for him.
