I'll go with the Batladies. Taskmaster is good but I doubt he is quite good ENOUGH to deal with 4 solid martial artists with piles of gadgets. And Helena won't hesitate to put a bolt in his eye.

I actually think Taskmaster especially this version, is a better fighter than all of them combined and his tech is probably better too. Although its 1v4 I don't think its inconceivable that Taskmaster couldn't win. He's also a lot faster than the bats too.
