I believe with Cap and Batman's tactical minds working together...Deadpool and Taskmaster don't have a chance...Cap is one of the best tacticians in the Marvel U and Bats is the same for DC.Cap and Taskmaster are on the same level of fighting skill but although Cap is no genius I think he has an intellect advantage as well as strength.Cap better applies the skills he learned than Taskmaster..and Deadpool has yet to fairly beat Daredevil..I have little respect for his fighting skill.Especially seeing as how I don't remember him being trained by any spectacular fighter or him having learned different fighting skills.Ultimate Deadpool is no different than regular Deadpool for me.Ultimate Cap seems to be more powerful than the 616 Cap too.
Ultimate Deadpool is as strong as Cap in this fight and his tactical mind is a factor too.
Taskmaster has enough sense in his line of work to not fall for anything that they might try to plan,he has seen it all before.How tactical can you be when facing these two?

They don't have to duck and hide to devise a plan...they can do it on the move.Batman worked really well with Daredevil in the team up.Taskmaster being teamed up with someone who's 616 version has beat the hell out of him on so many occasions is going to be lacking some team chemistry.Also Cap and Batman believe it or not have the best weapons.

Cap doesn't have to because he put Hulk down and Hulk could take them all out.

Moon Knight never beat him in hand to hand,all he did was crash a plane into a building pinning Taskmaster down,then took a few arrows.He hardly even fought,that was wack and it was in Moon Knight's own book of course he would "win."If you read the issue before you would have seen Taskmaster beat him.

Wow, Ult Deadpool pales compared to 616 Deadpool. Sure his speed, strength, and endurance are about the same, but his height, intelligence, fighting skills, and overall character is pretty lacking. My 1994 trading card of Deadpool has his intelligence as a 4/7... and Ult Deadpool seemed more intelligent than 616 Deadpool too. His costume's pretty badass though.
However, I find it interesting how they described that face pic as "pre-detonation." The next time we see Ult Deadpool, hopefully he's more like 616 Deadpool.

Well we are talking about Current Taskmaster and DP did lose to him old Taskmaster before(not landing a hit.)
