Regarding Plagueis, he can one-shot or blitz Kit Fisto and dispatch Kenobi in a moment, he'd also overpower Mace Windu and pose a challange to Sidious because he's comparable to Sidious in areas like TK, Lightning, speed, strength amongst others.
Talzin could also hold off Sidious, but only in power. Talzin's skill and speed is lacking as she only fended off Windu to a point, so I think Sidious could blitz her.
Darth Maul can hold off Mace, beat Kenobi and Fisto, but get wrecked by Sidious.
Ventress gets wrecked by Sidious, holds off Windu, stalemates or atleast holds off Kenobi and beats Kit Fisto.
I'd say Team 1 wins 7/10.

What makes Talzin so special? Other than her sorcery which as I know it, takes time to utilize.

Plagueis isn't blitzing Kit Fisto, that's ridiculous. Kit has reacted to Palpatine, who is faster than Plagueis.
