Talon has his weapons. Bane has an axe.
Bloodlust: On.
Win: Kill.
Prep: None.
Versions: Recent.
Distance:Close.
Who wins?

Need more feats from Talon first. Right now we just know he knows anatomy well (can't judge accuracy in combat since we haven't seen him tag difficult targets yet) and he's a rather durable fellow.

Or he can heal well. Though I agree with your interpretation.

lol he fell from a skyscraper and was fine, I'm pretty sure he can take quite a beating. So well bane tries to pound him, talons already stabbed him with a sword and shot throwing knives into him. winner=Talon

Bane.He can protect his face with the axe and he murders Talon up close.

I really don't think there is enough info on Talon to even put him in a fight.
