now, if he can be paralysed with a tuning fork, what is a sonic device that can shatter bones and liquify brains going to do to him?

The Doctor would kill Tall Man with ease... I have seen 3 of the Phantasm Films and there is nothing at all the Tall Man has shown that would convince me he could stop The Doctor... especially since he has the Sonic Screwdriver here...
