Talia's best feat is fighting Catwoman. I believe Mileena can take this.

From what i've experienced the MK characters are super human basically, and from the debates ive had for and against MK they are shown i believe above peak human form. Thus i believe with her skills she could beat Talia.

Kitana has undergone hundreds of years of training and is one of the best in her respective realm. Kitana slaughters she's on another level.
