As for Huntress, I'm really in no position to call it. All I've ever seen her do is get her ass kicked and survive through sheer luck, and/or Gail's plot devices.

Talia takes this, however Huntress has the potential (Being Bruce Wayne's true daughter) to eventually be one of the greats, though I doubt that will happen in the comics as she isn't a popular enough character.
