 I don't see Waverider being much use. All I've seen him do is time-travel and see people's possible futures.
 
Silver Surfer >>>> Captain Atom after a hard fight.
 
Takion would eventually be fighting on his own.

  @Cosmic_Falcon: Takion #2, keep in mmind this was when he'd just gotten his powers. He still didn't know how to properly utilize them. But he defeated them all.
 
Takion infact can change the density of his body, and absorb energy, which he can absorb from anything. He also has time manipulation on his side.

I'll ho with team DC. Silver Surfer could possibly beat CapAtom ( it's debatable though ). And Takion can beat Thor & Bill, then help CapAtom

op should give surfer quantum bands so he can contend with takion.

Takion can wreck most of team 2. Waverider could send em to entropy
