Probably Takeda, but only because of teleportation. Sans that, I'd honestly back Nightwing. He's a better fighter, is agile enough to dodge the bladed whips, and has a robust arsenal of gadgets to supplement his fighting skills, some of which (I don't think), Takeda has any real counter to.
And before people inevitably invoke Takeda's TP, he has never used it to beat anyone in a martial arts fight even once. Not against Sub-Zero, not against Reptile, not against Scorpion, etc. I see no reason why he would use it against Grayson. Again, Takeda's teleportation should give him an edge, but without that, I think Nightwing could win.
