T-1000 vs. Doctor Octopus

The T-1000 has one hour to kill Doctor Octopus. If it fails to do so, then Octopus wins, regardless of anything that may be going on in the fight. The T-1000 may morph its body in all three rounds, though it may not go completely out of the doctor's sight.

Round 1: T-1000 may not form blades or use external weaponry.

Round 2: T-1000 may form blades, but no external weaponry.

Round 3: T-1000 may use blades and has its typical weaponry from the movie.

Round 1 and 2: Doc wins. He can just climb up a building and throw the T-1000 off repeatedly.

Round 3: External weapons such as guns and stuff? I believe the T-1000 could take it. Unless Doc has any bullet timing feats the Terminator can just pop a cap in his head.

T-1000 wins and easy at that.
