Then Scarlet Spidy I am assuming this is Kane we are talking about and I admit I don't know much about him, but Peter being the real Spider gives him an advantage, as long as morals are off, cause I hear Kane is quite nasty and unforgiving.

That leaves Iron spider and symbiote spidy to duke it out, they are evenly matched so they can just flip a coin for the win.

I'd actually say that Iron Spider-Man should take a good advantage over Symbiote Spider-Man. Despite popular opinion, Spider-Man did not get a stat advantage from wearing the symbiote suit. All it did was regenerate when torn, gave him unlimited webbing, and could replicate his civilian clothing so he didn't have to change. Iron Spider-Man however, had the advantage of being enhanced by the Other, which doubled his stats across the board, as well as suit which made him Bulletproof, enabled prolonged gliding, and four retractable Spider limbs which could be used as offensive weaponry. He also had camouflage as well. Spider-Man's Other powers also gave him retractable stingers, similar to Kaine's. Unlike Kaine, we have actually seen them secrete Venom- such as much that a small scratch was enough to hospitalize a 30 tonner (El Muerto). And he could Spam webbing, pretty much as effectively as Symbiote Spider-Man (Ala his PIS encounter with Iron Man).

He also has more experience than all of the other Spider-Men.

Iron Spider. Like Laflux said...The only real advantages the Symbiote provided Pete were Organic Webbing and Camoflage....both features Peter had when wearing the Iron Spider Suit. Laflux does a pretty good job describing everything else Iron Spidey has on top of that.

I'd probably give Kaine second place...his only real disadvantage is a lack of Spider-Sense...which doesn't matter here since because all of them are genetically Peter Parker.

Symbiote gets third place. He's just more experienced that Classic Pete.

I'm assuming by "Classic SM" you mean like Silver Age. If you mean the most recent version of Peter as Spidey than I'd be inclined to give him first place due to Better standard gear and Way of The Spider.
