Symbiote Spider-Man wins,  he will be just as durable as cage a hell of alot stronger. I don't know if he could withstand Iron Fist's master blow, but I don't see there being any chance of him making contact either.

My money is on Peter. He's stronger, and faster then both of them. Not only that but the symbiote enhances those abilities and gives him a bad attitude.

Well, Spider-Man is a lot faster than both of them. Spider-Man with the symbiote is even more powerful. On the other hand though, if Iron Fist can land one shot it would be all over. The webs are also a problem for the duo. I give this to Spidey. He can immobilize them, then knock them out.

Cage is too slow and not a good enough fighter to keep up with Rand and Symbiote Spidey is too clumsy and mostly only uses his physical strength.

judging that luke cage and iron fist would probably work together before they fight, they would beat spidy, then turn on each other. I pick Luke Cage. But if it really stays turn to a triple threat, then spidy wins.
