At a range of ten of ten yards Hawkeye is able to use his bow and arrows to maiximun effect before the Swordsman use his blade to it's maximum potential. Both of these combatants are unquestionably masters of their respective weapons, but Hawkeye wins by taking advantage of the opening distance.
