I find it funny that everyone that do battles always relate killing to winning a fight.  Just because u can't be killed doesn't mean u win the fight automaticly. Mopst fights don't end up like that."

As far as actual skills goes I would say Ryu or Nightmare.  Sure Deadpool wouldn't die, but I wouldn't say he's as skilled as them as I would say he is persistent and prone to stabbing things with sharp objects.  I wouldn't say he's a slouch either, but Ryu and Nightmare are a ninja known for his bad @$$ sword skills and a guy who swings around a huge freaking sword with awesome accuracy (even though he doesn't need much accuracy with that thing.).

Nightmare goes for the easy kills first, absorbs their souls, gaining enough power to kill the rest.
