Crap....this is a little touchy. I don't know much about Scarlet but Cat Women could be beaten by Batgirl...Electra is no weakling but i think she can handle her business with Batgirl while Cat woman deals with the other.....
Hmmm.... I don't know. Psylocke is a major badass. I see her taking out Scarlet. After that I am not sure if Cassandra could contend with both Electra and Psylocke.
I don't know if she takes Scarlett....i guess I didnt mention it in the set up but they get whatever normal weapons they have....means crossbow, throwing stars/knives, a handgun and grenades for Scarlet

Psylocke has handled worse, much worse. I didn't say it would be easy or fast, but ultimately it would be Psylocke over Scarlett. Also, if they have their normal weapons then Psylocke is set up at a disadvantage because her weapons are her powers, which were taken away for this fight. But Psylocke has been in a much worse situation with much less and she came out unscathed.
Psylocke is the weakest link. Especially if she can't use powers. For example; even using all her powers she has lost several times to Slaymaster, who has no powers.
