Surtur & Ymir Run the Gauntlet

Surtur gets Twilight Sword, BFR allowed, fight takes place on deserted planet

• Round 1: Hercules, Colossus, Namor
• Round 2: Worldbreaker Hulk, Red Hulk
• Round 3: Sentry, Juggernaut (Marko)
• Round 4: Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), Martian Manhunter, Gladiator
• Round 5: Superman, Wonder Woman, Ghost Rider (Zarathos in control)
• Round 6: Silver Surfer, Beta Ray Bill, Blackheart
• Round 7: Thanos, Darkseid, Strange (All with 3 day prep)
• Round 8: Odin (Destroyer Armor), Odinforce Thor

They won't even notice first 4 rounds. Possibly the same in 5, but I am not sure that they will notice Zarathos or not.
Round 6 at least has one important enemy, but Surtur and Ymir still stomps.
Round 7 - OF Thor < Odin. And Odin</=Surtur = Ymir. But Surtur with Twilight Sword > Odin. And if this isn't TI Thanos, demons stomps.
Round 8 - Destroyer Armor Odin vs. TS Surtur - intresting. Ymir vs. SS Strange who doesn't have prep? Ymir. And thanks to this one, Demons clears it.

The first 6 are stomps. 7 and 8 are a little challenging, but Ymir and Surtur still win with barely trying. They clear it.

They will have little trouble dealing with the first 6 rounds. As mentioned before, Odinforce Thor isn't as powerful as Odin where as odin is slightly weaker than surtur and ymir. Odin in the Destroyer Armor vs Twilight Sword Surtur should be quite even up until strange without any initial prep will fall to ymir. They clear

Surtur and Ymir are weaker than Mephisto, much less Ymir. Surtur needs the Twilight Sword to duplicate what Mephisto can do with just a snap of his finger.

No. Juggy isn't in this level at all. He is just indestructible. And magic can actually hurt him.

Very potent magic can in fact hurt Juggernaut, but when I say hurt, I mean like - "Ouch". C'mon man, Juggernaut fought:

1. The Cosmic Stranger and knocked him out

2. D'Spayre with Crimson Gem

3. Nightmare with the power of Eternity

4. Oblivion

Juggernaut wouldn't even register on either Ymir nor Surtur's radar. And they clear this, round's 7 and 8 are the only two that would give them any trouble.

As for Juggs vs. The Stranger, I haven't read that issue but I'm gonna go ahead and assume that he does get up 2 seconds later like (Jean?) says he would, in which case it proves nothing.

Anyway, we're not even talking about Thor here, we're talking about Surtur AND Ymir, both of whom are more powerful then Odin, let alone Thor or Juggernaut.

But do YOU know what invulnerability means? The TEXT IS CONTRADICTING THE ILLUSTRATION.

Because he was loosing stamina, he was getting tired and oppressed. He would have lost that battle if he continued fighting Juggernaut on a physical level.

You're talking about their 2st fight? That was Thor.... He was bonded to Eric as one person. You can tell, because he has Mljoir. THUNDERSTRIKE is Eric with the Mace and Axe. Thunderstike is weaker than Thor, but Eric as Thor is as powerful as Thor Odinson.

When Thor (Thor Odinson) fought Juggernaut the 1st time, he needed the assistance of the Avengers and the X-Men.

When Thor fought Juggernaut the 3rd time, Juggernaut was serious and crushed Thor.
