Both at full power.
Morals off.
Fight takes place on Asgard.
No help from the Asgardians.
Who wins?
Monarch better destroy his own suit and hope for the best, because that's the only way he has a chance of winning.
i was going to say monarch wins but CadenceV2's post convinced me otherwise.

@logy5000: Surtur recently created a Multiversal Explosion that Odin had to deflect.
do you have a scan of that? it would be really appreciated if you can provide that.

@rolldestroyer: I seriously doubt its authenticity.
from what ive seen in debates, CadenceV2 is a reliable source.

Surtur busting Galaxies.
9 worlds shake with 1 blast.
Surutr Unleashes a Multiversal Attack.
@rolldestroyer: No Prob :)

@CadenceV2: Surtur died again? How much times is he going to die, lol.
3 times now i think. Thor killed him once with Odin Force, Thor and Designati killed him the other time with Odin to help, and Thor killed him with a plot in Everything Burns, but the credit of death has to go to kid loki he was the one who stole Sutur only vulnerability, the twilight sword's shadow.
Funny to think about it, Surtur himself is as powerful as Odin, the Twilight sword itself is likely even more powerful given Thor was warped 9 realms in Asgardia universe with the twilight sword, its immensely powerful. Yet Thor, being the kick ass god he is, kills Sutur with Twilight Sword ;)
Also it was a universal explosion as opposed to multiversal. Surtur's original intent, shown 5 issues prior to the scans with explosion was to burn everything in the multiverse (the story arc is called Thor: Everything Burns, and thats what Loki is talking about) and he was going to do that by channeling his energy to the otherworld, which is a nexus to all realities in the multiverse and a massive collection of energy. The effect would be like throwing a match stick into a sea of oil, something which was stated on panel.
Both Odin and Surtur, based on that depiction of Matt Fraction in Everything Burns, are at least universal level powerhouse.
@CadenceV2: I feel like if Odin can deflect multiversal attacks, Galactus shouldn't be a threat to him. At all.

I agree. 100%. Hoenstly Odin had trouble with THANOS!
Its all BS. However Surtur is consistent where Odin is not.
@Killemall Just to rustle your jimmies.

Odin did not deflect multiversal attack though, that blast was meant to un-make the universe, not multiverse, and its still unclear whether that meant 616 universe as a whole, or just Asgardia pocket universe.
Galactus vs Odin was written by the same writer who wrote this fight, he also went on to write Galactus vs Scarier vs The Other, which apparently threatened entire multiverse.
