I genuinely can't see Hulk doing anything to Boros. Hulk is strong and all, but he's extremely incapable when it comes to people who are fast. And on top of his speed, Boros has destructive feats that are comparable to Hulk's. If this isn't to death (which would frankly be unfair because Hulk can't really die) then I see Boros winning 9/10

As well as grey Hulk, weaker incarnation, literally destroying an asteroid 4x size of Earth.

Hulk many times has dodged stuff faster than Saitama like Mjolnir easily.

Hulks casual punches can also shake the planet and cause minor earthquakes whereas saitamas just parts some clouds.

Also don’t use the satire no limits bs since anyone could show many statements of Hulk having no limits to his strength.
