Supernatural Lucifer vs Leviathan Laugh

This battle isn't about actual power, but a battle of which has the most evil laughter, Is it either Dick the Leviathan:

Or Lucifer:

Imo Dicks laugh is more darkish evil meanwhile Lucifers is more psychopath crazy.

Lucifer is the SATAN THE DEVIL, no one is more evil and darkish then him.

As for actual power lucifer is much much more powerful.

Lucifer's is definitely creepier but Dick has the more classical grating evil one. If you're going for downright scary then Lucifer's creeps me out a lot more.
