Not familiar with Captain Allen Atom. How powerful is he compared to regular Captain Atom?

He's more powerful than Pre-Flashpoint CA, but probably equal to DCnU CA, who is uber as hell. He created a whole army of himself, has quantum sensing, which can let him know the future, etc...

He's basically Doctor Manhattan. Supes win.

Then I guess team 1 might win... Atom, MMH, KC Superman, Majestic, and the rest can overcome the Silver Surfer advantage of team 2.

The only problem might be Silver Surfer, but they can always team up on him and beat him after they're done with the others.
