Team one has got this, had this been a more powerful ghost rider, team 2 would have more of a chance

Spawn alone nearly solos. Hulk and Supes are non factors as Spawn and GR who can turn over to Zarathos are immune to Physical Damage.

Also Spawn can Mind Rape the whole Team 1 easy.

Oh wait did he said Classic? I think he means First Age as that is the pick he used.

Anyway between Blaze going Zarathos and Spawn using his powers, Entrigan is over kill.

Team 1 can possibly win depending on what would constitute a knock out for Johnny.

Team 2 for the win.. specially morals off..

Etrigan can take care of either Superman or Hulk..

GR already manage to defeat the Hulk before..

Superman is susceptible to magic and that´s something team 2 have plenty at disposal..

I believe the major threat for Team 2 here is Thor, but with Spawn on the team I think they can win..

But wait. I don't think that Superman or Thor have their hands stained by the blood of the innocent. How can they feel their pain?

But I still think team 2 would win. Spawn solos. Nuff said.

Johnny Blaze as GR is high tier street level.... he's kind of out of his element here.... also it's questionable whether his Penance Stare would even work on either Superman or Thor. Etrigan probably get's beat 1v1 versus anyone on team one, though he would do some damage, I don't see him beating anyone on team one solo. That leaves Spawn.... who team one really doesn't have an answer for. There is of course always the dreaded speed-blitz....I gotta go team 1 on this. Spawns the biggest threat but he'll wind up having to take all three by himself which I don't see Classic Spawn being able to do and still walk away..... Make it straight Zarathos GR and he might solo.... or a more powerful Spawn/experienced spawn and he might solo.... as it's the weaker versions of both... yeah team one for the majority and win.

Probably Spawn solos.
