Please state your reasoning on WHY each wins.

I apologize in advance if this is one sided/is a stomp.

Round 1: Ultimate Thor solos? I think. Don't know much about him, tbh.

Round 2: Superman solos.

@CitizenBane: I believe it's 616 Thor. But Ult. Thor could probably beat New 52 Supes, seeing as he's lacking in the feats department.

@CitizenBane: @Illuminatus: How much of his feats pre flashpoint were erased? I thought there were just a few tweaks to his origin, but he still kept most of his feats....

Pretty much all of Superman's feats are no longer considered cannon when pertaining to the revamped universe.

Where's that picture from? It looks like the movie-verse suits. Are those the current Ultimate suits?

@Illuminatus: Indeed, isn't there a direct comic series for the movieverse now? I might be mistaken.

@Deranged Midget: Probably. I haven't bothered reading it, mostly because I'm just interested in the film, not adding another comic to my pull list.

@Illuminatus: It probably isn't all that intriguing either. Most likely created to draw in audiences who have no idea where to jump into comics.

IDK, it was the first picture with Cap and Thor in it together.

Also, some people seem to think this is Ultimate Thor. THIS IS 616 THOR TEAMED UP WITH ULTIMATE CAPTAIN AMERICA.

I dont think its ultimate thor in the battle, the picture isnt of ultimate thor either but thats movie thor instead. Ultimate thor has faught hell demons and the likes but also had magneto control his hammer and tony's brother lifted it and used it against him. So i dont think its too far a stretch to say should he throw what hammer at Superman he could lift it as well.

I dont think Superman would solo in a morals on encounter. Superman and Thor would be a good close match with results coming either way in a morals on encounter. Morals off however i would assume Superman would win almost every time.
