In Justice League Dark, We get proof of who would win. Z stopped Superman at his top speed from killing Batman. She's a quick spell caster at best, one of the most powerful characters in DC, AND an entity of one of Superman's greatest weakness, that can kill him. Done Deal, Zatanna wins.

Having said all this, however, the edge still goes to Zatanna (especially with no super speed allowed). But I don't think it will be a crush. If he can withstand her magic assaults and get her with a range attack (heat vision, freeze/hurricane force breath, offensive vibration) Superman might pull off a win...

But the odds wouldn't be in his favor.

My heart wants to say Zatanna gets the billy treatment.
