Spiderman has a reaction time that is 15x a normal humans according to published marvel sources (it had been 18x after his his hibernation and emergence but after the One mOre Day fiasco this has been removed).
All of Vulcan's battles show him getting hit by beings that possess reaction speeds of atheletic humans like Havok and Cyclops. Although Vulcan possesses huge energy manipulation powers, his achilles heel is that his reaction speed is only human.
vulcan would win but it would be a googd fight...oh and vulcan would not lose to sentry or gladiater,now im talking 1 vs. 1, vulcan could use he enrgy manipulation and leave anyone powerless and maybe even absorb their powers for himself plus, vulcan has a form of using fire and electricity and a wierd but strong form of telekinesses
Depends. Like so many has said Superman would win wia speed, without Supe's speed Vulcan would win. He could simulate kryptonite radiation or just manipulate Superman's solar energy reserves. So, if Vulcan could get even one chance to put his shields up he would have good chance. And this is normal Superman, he just don't attack first and kill him to death because morals. = That chance what Vulcan would need.
@sophia89: He has some good reaction feats as well, he has easily reacted a blocked Cyclop's Optic blasts from a few metres away, and he has also been able to block multiple laser beams from multiple directions at close range(few metres)while training at Xavier's Mansion.

Beings who manipulate energy on the skill Vulcan can should logically not lose to a Kryptonian who they should be easily capable of draining of their solar energy. Only way I see him losing is if Superman blitzes him before he gets the chance which is possible as well.
