Superman vs the New 52 Bat family

The family includes: Batman, Damian, Jason, Dick and Tim. And Roy and Starfire are there as well because of Jason.

Bat family gets two months prep, Superman gets two days, morals on, victory by incapacitation or knock out (nobody's going to kill anyone here anyway), Bat family gets access to their resources (remember Batman has a suit that makes him undetectable to Superman), Superman does NOT have access to his Fortress of Solitude, the fight starts with Superman coming to Gotham to find the Bats.

So, who wins?

Oh, and Superman's "New 52" as well.

Well with two months I think Batman might be able get some Kryptonite.

Batman solos, due to writer stupidity.

They are all basically friends...with morals on, Superman won't hurt them severely...and the Bat-Family won't use Kryptonite to take down Superman...they may use it to make him weaker, but that won't beat him

if you make it morals off...with prep Batman wins solos...without prep, Superman stomps!

Without a writer, K-nite doesnt matter. Superman grabs Batman while flying extremely fast and deposits him gently in steel box. He then repeats this over and over with the whole batfamily. Or, at speed, grabs steel cord and ties the entire batfamily up before they can even move. If Batman moves to pull K-nite, Supes reacts too fast, and stops him. Without PIS, this fight is stupid, even morals on, because Supes doesnt have to hurt them to stop them easily.
