Superman wins for one reason. None of the Marvel Universe can get along for a few seconds to fight Superman. So you put them all together and Luke Cage sees Iron Man and thinks he is laughing at him, and sends the New Avengers to go beat up Iron Man. So Iron Man calls his buddy from the SHR to help him out, but then some of the guys signed up see this as there time to get out of this fallout storyline from Civil War and this causes Civil War II. So while everyone is fighting everyone but Superman. Superman is trying to figure out way everyone is so hostile in this universe and tries to convince everyone to take a chill pill, but it doesn't work so after everyone is done beating the holy hell out of everyone Superman beats the worn out left overs of the Marvel Universe. Also I image if this was a comic the first issue would feature a cover with Superman on the ground crying and the rest of the Marvel Universe around him inside a broken glass like effect. So just going by that I would have to go with Superman for the fact that I know Superman likes Superman and the Marvel Universe can't get along. If we are saying the Marvel Universe can get along then yes Superman has little chance of overcoming these odds, he's mostly F in the A.

All the Marvel characters would definitely get along to get rid of a DC character, it'd just piss them off so much they'd force themselves to work together(especially for one of the most over rated and annoying DC characters) and once they killed him then they'd prolly all start killing eachother. But even if they couldn't get along, Strange would be sitting at home reading a book and drinking tea, and then be like "You know what? I don't think these Marvel People are gonna get along." And then he'd either make them all get along, or he'd just snap his fingers and Superman would die, or something even cooler. I think that there are some people that would be able to get along long enough to get around the other fighting and kick his weak over rated ass anyway.

Now that Cap's dead, I picture they don't even fight. I picture in a week all the heroes and villains are whistling and building bridges as they eat picnic lunches in harmony, with Superman shaking everyone's hand and helping Hulk get his college education. Superman so wins.
