Spawn. Spawn doesn't have a fast reaction time but he makes up for it with his unbreakable chains which could do the work for him.

Spawn with his Divine Powers beats Superman with relative ease. Spawn would still win if he doesnt have his Divine Powers but it will be more challenging since Spawn isnt as fast as Superman.

Spawn would mash anyone. I hate him though because too linear of a character.

Both at base form, superman wins. Both at strongest forms, Spawn STOMPS. So I say spawn.
