If the fight is on earth, Surfer alters the atmospheric particles to refract only the red part of the spectrum. Supes loses his powers and Surfer beats the crap out of him.
If teh fight is in space, Surfer knocks the wind out of Supes. Supes can't breathe in a vacuum.

Why is this even still being debated, let alone remain unlocked. Considering the extremely one-sided match, you'd think it'd have been locked a long time ago.
