Superman vs. Rogue

Battle in Gothom City. Rogue has been tricked into thinking Superman killed the X men. Superman is on his way back from seeing Batman and the encounter is un expected from Supermans POV.  
 
This is the Rogue that can fly and has Ms Marvels Strength. Rouge has had 1 day prep.   no BFR 
 
 
EDIT: with that 1 day prep she has absorbed Juggs, qucksilver and Sabertooths powers.

superman has beaten parasite  who works  like rogue,  i wonder if  rogue can absorb  alien dna?? bu  t superman is  a force to be  reckoned  with. rogue can do sum damage but the man of steel will come out on top  with  this one

All rogue needs to do is touch him and he is dead. You can't deny this. You also can't say she would not be fast enough to touch him because under many circumstances and settings, superman has been hit or touched. With her prep rogue would have her gloves off giving her a huge advantage.  Also Rogue is no joke when it comes to her power, she has the power of Ms. Marvel , Ms Marvel has shown strength feats that would put her beyond 400 tonnes. Specifically in her titled comic, she has also demonstrated durability feats far beyond her Avenger comic feats.

Superman, effortlessly.

If she uses that day of prep to steal the powers of Thor, Hulk, and some speedster (Northstar maybe?), plus maybe a skilled fighter like Captain America or something, then I think she could last long enough to drain Supes. But all on her own? That'd be tricky. Even if Superman somehow doesn't view her as a threat and they start out shaking hands or something, he's smart enough to realize if she's draining him by touch, and I don't think she'll be able to steal enough of his power to really even out the odds in such a brief time. 
 
Of course, she did drain Thor pretty damn fast. But honestly, her powers seem to have gone downhill since then.
