I'm going with supes, that 1 hour sundip will probably give him enough of a speed boost to catch Eobard.

Depends on the amount of increase the sun-dip gives him, IIRC 15 mins in the sun doubles his power.

How much an hour does is unclear.

Thawne has blitzed him and hal at the same time without a problem.

Eobard vibrates Kal's brain out of his skull.

A punch that didn't hurt him at all, and statements are subjective. Thwane vibarates through people in character, and does so much better than clark.

I always felt thwane was getting cocky there. Doesn't matter, he was clearly unhurt. Unless clark can tag him numerous times, he's losing.

Professor Zoom even proved himself after rebirth that he was much faster than Barry.

I'm not sure who would take this........ I think after a very VERY long fight, Prof Zoom would take it. ONLY because I think he would be able to go so fast that Supes wouldn't be able to comprehend it. Even with the Sundip.

Don't see how a sundip allows Clark to even rival Thawne when Thawne is equals to Barry Allen in speed and had an entire fight with Wally in just a picosecond.
