I'm assuming Superman doesnt get new powers from blue sun. If so Super - Strength, Speed and Heat vision wont be enough to stop the PF. Doesnt matter how Powerful Clark is, this is one opponent Superman cant punch/speed blitz/ Incenerate his way to victory because PF being an entity that fuels stars can just as easily use red sun enery against him among many other things.
if phenix a mother of stars its mean she is a star .... thats mean superman can feed from her energy ... and i dont knwo how many powers he will get ......with his intelligent i think he can win :) with " science "

I mean its a giant energy bird with extremely powerful telekinesis and telepathy and some slight reality altering powers woth the power to create and destroy at will. Based on character statement yes, based on showing likely no. Phoenix Force best feat thus far is being able to destroy a universe, in 2 seperate what if. Those followed by some hilariously low showings, as force itself is vulnerable to harm.
Phoenix force is universal in power level, multiversal in theory.

Phoenix force by light years - Superman would be goo!! I also believe that all his yummy solar energy would be scooped out by the Phoenix at some time during the battle.
so your idea of a battle is some one who can tip there head back and devour the universe vs superman??? if superman bathed in a blue sun for a billion years and the phoenix force was at 1% power, the phoenix force would still blink him out of existence lol.
Like I said before many times, i'll say it again.. the extent of Supermans powers are BOUND TO PHYSICAL MEANS. He couldn't possibly find a way to harm phoenix force.
The Phoenix is currently galaxy sized and outlasted OKT in a fight, who's received a pretty massive amp. Not to mention in the far future it's favourite pastime is, and I quote "stabbing out dying suns". The Phoenix stomps.
