Not too familiar with different versions of characters, but assuming this is your run of the mill, speedster, super strong Supes, he wins.

I think the ONLY thing OP is size, which isn't much when you're losing in every other area.

Supes is stronger, faster, arguably more durable & maneuvers much better. Supes could appear behind OP before he turns his bulky frame. Supes could grab him and throw him off the planet, through buildings, laser beam his eyes, freeze his arms and legs so he's incapacitated. OP moves too slow to tag Supes.

One that's a literal piece of the multiversal singularity of creation, that with 12 of his siblings (idk if they have gender), defeated Unicron, who destroyed universes and created the big bang. I think it's stated that Unicron destroyed some percentage or the other of all universes or something later on.

The original 13 have some crazy feats. Megatronus can create a black hole that turns everything in it's path, even parts of multiversal Unicron, into nothingness with his gun.
