You put Superman against an easy team and Surfer against a team with some people nearly if not more powerful than Superman himself (Flash, GL, Raven). Not a fair situation if you want to compare them... At all.

By comparison?  
Your puting Superman against a team of cannon fodder that hes going to plow through bloodlusted. Their only hopes involve having Rogue stay in physical contact to take on his abilities or telepathy. But they won't get that chance.  
So by default Superman 
 
Although a blood lusted Surfer  could easily destroy he battle field and kill off his opponents as well, but for the most part the team he's fighting isn't completely hopeless.
