Superman does have some resistance to telepathy, am not sure how much though. But that is a good way for Superman to lose.

In Teen Titans Volume 3; Supergirl had hold of Miss Martian and Miss Martian used her "intangibility" to get out of the lock that Supergirl had her in.

The Martians have malleable abilities so they can just change their shape to not be hit as well.

I might have used the term 'convince' or 'persuaded' myself. I don't think that's the sort of thing Superman is likely to try or MM is likely to fall for. He is telepathic after all.

Everyone threw the fight in that story. It was horribly written.

To be honest, I can't recall any fights that Martian Manhunter has won. Maybe it's because I don't follow him very much.

@tonystark6999: no, Martian Manhunter has enough reaction speed feats is durable enough to say otherwise. He is not affected once he goes completely intangible and then he TPs him or starts beating MMH is too versatile he could use phasing etc a lot of ways for him to win.

Could go either way.

Superman blitzes "thin air" for sure.

@empressofdread: he is at least 4 times faster than manhunter and his mind operates at faster speeds he could easily tag manhunter if he isn't holding back before manhunter could phase or use his telepathy.

@comic_book_fan: MMH encountered "SPB prime" and phased trough his HV right next to his face. MMH has regeneration able to do so from a pile of blood. Superman is not doing something to MMH unless he purposely holds back his powers. All MMH has to do is go intangible like this and TP him it requires little to no effort for him to do so.

Manchester Black was able to switch Supermans and Bizarro minds. Supermans mind was sent to Bizarro body and vice versa. He was also able to stop MM from attacking Lex Luther mind. Superman resisted MB because Superman gave him a partial lobotomy.
