I think Martian Manhunter because in secret origins when martian manhunter tried to contact superman was on his knees. If martain manhunter tried to contact him he would win.

comic version of Martian Manhunter is more powerfull than comic version of Superman

but

I think that Superman showed much more impresive power than Martian Manhunter in the JLU show

Martian Manhunter is at the very least on Superman's strength level, besides he has more powers

Hmmmmm..... For some reason, the idea of either of them being more powerful than one another seems debatable. But, I'll leave it alone for now.

In the show or the comics superman would iron MM capes if he tried hard enough with telepathy.

Anyway MM wins. He has way to many things for superman. Physical force, telepathy, turn intangible and goes through the heart.

Superman can do heat vision, use physical force.

MM best advantage is his Tp supes is too easily affected by it so id say he wins by that alone. Superman would beat him in an all out brawl but MM is too smart for that.

MM would probably could use his telepathic powers on supes. But can just freeze him of use heat vision.

With no fire weakness MM wins this even though Supes has the experience edge. Unless Supes has a telepathic damper.
