Star power doesn't even last a minute, all Superman has to do is stay away long enough for it to wear off then Mario losses. Mario does one shot with that star power though.

In all seriousness this is a spire match in favor of Superman, star power or not there isn't anything Mario has access to that could hurt Clark.

Supes has a weakness to magic. If he sees Mario changing colors violently I think Supes would suspect that is magic and just fly back and shoot at Mario with his heat vision to find out what happens. You're forgetting, Supes has an IQ above 300 easily.

Let's just say that Mario with star power can K.O. Superman just to be fair, else this would be a complete 100% stomp.

I say Supes because I have yet to see Mario beat anyone on his level or anyone like what Superman goes up against in his tougher fights.

Still are to be honest. In fact, I think whenever someone makes new ones these days, they run a lot smoother.

No. The Star doesn’t just affect earthbound things. Bowser is a powerful magic user who can grow to any size he desires, yet gets one-shot by Mario running at him and cannot dent Mario with his super-strength or fire breath.

Boos are spirit beings, yet they get one-shot easily by the star.

The only ways to defeat the star power is literally environmental hazards like lava, getting crushed, or endless pits. This will simply amount to Superman having to throw debris at Mario to crush him, since literally no direct attacks affect Mario.

Mario's power level is near impossible to properly gauge, but based on all the physical feats I've seen from him, the best one would be the time he threw a Godzilla sized dinosaur into outer space. Which is probably around town-city busting level if you had to throw a number on it.

A composite Mario is probably a non threat to any real comic high tier though, from a stat perspective.
