In this fight an omniversal being is bored and decides he wants to see a good old fashioned game of bloody knuckles. He picks Superman from his dimension, takes away all his powers accept invulnerability and strength, then shackles his feet to with unbreakable chains to an unbreakable floor and tells him if he doesn't compete to his fullest he will wipe away the entirety of the DC universe. He then does the same to juggernaut but instead says if he doesn't compete to his fullest he will permanently steal all his abilities then castrate him. hey are facing each other and 1 foot apart, who wins?

With these rules Juggs wins with no problem. Superman can't hurt Juggs the only chanse he ever had is a BFR win or use his speed to dodge all his attack so its a draw. But in this topic the OP removed his speed and the ability to BFR Juggs. So Juggs eventualy kills Sups.
Good fight ! Based on the rules i have to say Juggernaut . juggernaut pretty much can't be hurt. In a fight fight i would say supe's but this is kind of just standing still and hitting each other's hands.

I hate Juggernaut as much as the next guy...but the only reason Thor hurt him is because he used Mjolnir to block the magic from the gem of cytorrak or whatever. Juggernaut cant be hurt ordinarily while superman can be and has even bled on many an occasion. Not to mention superman doesn't do well against magic and to paraphrase Captain marvel "magic is what juggernauts all about...shazam!"
@StrongestOneThereIs: Thor beat him by negating his mystical energy, not by his sheer strength alone. Superman can't do anything Thor just pulled off from that pic, therefore the Juggernaut wins.
