I don't think supes has ever experienced spiritual pressure i know supes is faster in comparison who is more powerful is for debate cause of the idea of what POWER is to some people but i dont ever rememer superman completely making mountains dissappear just by waving his arms ( Peoples idea of supermans power is the same of what people think about Gokus)
