He Teleported in 'lightning bolts' instead of flew

Open Dimensional rifts. (only used 2ce so not sure how definite that power is)

Hmmm I heard somewhere blue supermans energy form can't be harmed by physical means. Not sure of the extent of this "invulnerability" so tentatively I'll say stalemate or a slim edge to superman.

Truth be told, there are very few versions of superman - blue or not - that the Incredible Hulk can beat. a single power of the Electric Superman can do in the green guy: his Shazam-like electrical bursts, which are a distance attack of extraordinary range and power. this ain't normal lightning, and ensures that he never even has to engage Hulk. Just rain down bolts from the heavens and laugh at Hulk's attempts to jump up to his level. Hulk is at a distinct and insurmountable disadvantage against a being of Kale's power who can fly. At superspeed, no less.

Is this Mindless Hulk?

Isn't Bluperman more powerful than normal Superman? he has a wider array of powers, he definitely takes this.

There is much truth in this. If this is mindless Hulk at his strongest though, this fight will last a looooooong time. If it's Savage Hulk, then Superman seems to win with mid difficulty at most
