Superman is faster than Flash. Atleast new-52.

Surfer > Superman > Barry in a race if we're talking current/most recent versions.

If it's Wally (who IS the pictured version) then Wally smokes both of them.

technically, going by picture versions....we don't know how fast MOS Superman is........

@ancient_0f_days: Yeah, that's why I assumed it was just the most recent iterations of the characters first. If it's pictured versions then it doesn't matter who Superman is, because unless they make MOS Superman go trillions of times faster than light, he's not even close (I'd bet you money they aren't.)

New 52 Supes is faster than New 52 Flash. Pre-52 Supes is not. Gauntlet Grab was cool, but I believe the version of Flash this picture was from did the awesome radio adjusting thing.

@dredeuced: I don't even think they're going to raise him to Superman Returns levels of speed lol, he was at least able to get to space in less than a few seconds. But anyway, yeah, Superman has shown better speed feats than Barry so far, which is disappointing ... Barry did always get abused as a character...

Also, you hear about the rumors about MOS, they say krypton isn't gonna blow up ....

This is way too open to have a fair winner. In theory Silver Surfer can go faster than either because when he hits FTL he goes into Hyperspace. Hyperspace can be/is supposed to be faster than light by a very high order... it's never really been established.... . In travel speed from a straight A-B way I see no reason why Surfer doesn't take it. If it's a land race where no-one can fly Surfer's screwed. At that point it become Flash V Superman in a footrace and I gotta believe Flash is the more accomplished runner.

This speaks for itself.

In a running race Flash easily, with most modern version of any of the characters. Else Superman or Silver Surfer.

not to mention that Flash clocked in at somewhere around the speed of light ^ 4th power in his best feat, the radio adjusting.

@thedarklordpandamonium: I did some calcs on the Wally West forum and kind of ballparked it at 250 Quattuordecillion times the speed of light so yeah it'd be a little over the speed of light to the fifth power.
