@shamo: Oooh, Superman wins using his Super-honesty.
gnore the counter intuitive 13 trillion calculation. Wally ran 35 miles, over 500,000 times(over 250,000 trips back and forth) in 0.00001 microseconds. That's 10 picoseconds. If you do the math, that means every single time he ran 35 miles(or 56 kilometers) in 2 attoseconds. Do a little more math and that means the time it took Wally to take a step was 3.5^-22 seconds. That's less than a zeptosecond. To be precise, that 350 yoctoseconds -- but it's easier to say he had a sub zeptosecond reaction time. Now I know what you're thinking -- that's just a travel speed feat, right? It doesn't mean he can react that fast! That's what we say about all your Superman flying feats -- he doesn't really fight or think that fast, he just flies that fast, so that logic applies here, right?
But that's where you're wrong. While moving in that short of an amount of time, Wally was searching a city and finding people in danger. You obviously can't look for people and pick them up and move them without being cognizant of your surroundings, so Wally was clearly thinking and reacting at those speeds.
This is Wally's third or fourth best reaction time feat. Not even his best -- just his most famous. Superman's best is nanosecond reactions. Nanosecond reactions are great -- some of the best in comics, but that's not Superman's average showing. Superman's very, very best showing is 1,000,000,000,000 times slower than one of Wally's best showings. It's thousands of times slower than his very common, very average picosecond reaction speed feats. That's the gulf between them -- Superman's VERY BEST reaction speed showing is a thousand times slower than Wally's normal showing.
That was Dreduced explaining on how fast Wally is Compared to Clark.
