Dio Brando might win.
Time Freeze + Faster than light punches, strong enough to break diamond.

Hmmm... Depnding on what New 52 Supes durability feats are he might actually get stomped here. Dio Brando is capable of planetary time stop for up to a couple of minutes IIRC. And his punches are strong enough to destroy a city block. I know Superman has some insane speed feats like flying from Pluto to Earth in minutes, so maybe if he could speed blitz Dio?

I haven't read all of supermans new 52 stuff and I only vaguely remember some feats but he did take a hit from a kryptonian monster from metropilos to Ireland in superman 13.

What do you mean the world is FTL? Dio Brando actually has to activate it. Why can't Supes speed blitz Dio before he activates it?

I think this is a stalemate then. New 52 Supes is massively FTL but he hasn't speed blitzed in battle, plus it's not clear what his reaction/combat speed is. On the other hand, Dio Brando doesn't have anything that can hurt Supes.

I don't think either of those things are going to hurt New 52 Supes. Supes has basically flown to the surface of the sun and it didn't even singe his cape so I doubt Dio could freeze his blood. And Dio's punches are FTL by default because the world stops time, but they aren't light speed punches like Flash's IMP...are they?

@uberhikari: In that range, that Silver Chariot intercepted a stand that uses light as means of transportation and sliced it in half before it reaches a reflective surface. Outracing it at speeds that light is 'slow', has same speed ranking as star platinum (which Dio's Stand has powers based from hence time stop). Fought on equal terms and can be seen overwhelming it.

They can phase and affect organs (heart stoppage to prevent dio from detecting heartbeat) directly or shrink to enter bodies too (such as when kakyoin and jojo had to stop the stand from destroying them from inside out).

@RumbleMan_Exe: I don't know enough about the durability of New 52 Supes. Old Supes had a protective solar energy aura around every molecule in his body, but I'm not sure about New 52 Supes. Plus, I'm having some difficulty understanding what you're saying. I don't think Dio Brando throws light speed punches like the Flash does. Can you post some scans?

I don't think it matters what time of day or night they fight. New 52 Supes bench pressed the weight of the Earth for 5 days straight without any sunlight.

Dio Brando if he activates his time stopping powers in time.
